UK Postage & Packaging We will deliver your order to the address specified when placing your order. This can be to your home address, or an alternative. If you are not able to receive your delivery in person, we advise giving precise instructions on where you would like your goods to be left. Awesome Pawsome Pet Supplies accepts no liability for goods lost, or damaged, when delivered in accordance with your instructions. Standard delivery within mainland UK will be calculated at the point of checkout. The cost of delivery will vary depending on the weight, size and quantity of goods you order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of order receipt (subject to availability). Please note that any orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, or Bank Holidays, may take longer to be processed, and subsequently dispatched. All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail services, or courier delivery, depending on the size of the order. Delivery Outside of Mainland UK If you require delivery to an address outside of mainland UK, please contact us at info@awesomepawsomepetsupplies.co.uk before placing your order. This will avoid disappointment, or unexpected charges, where we are unable to fulfill orders to some addresses.
