Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy:

As per our Terms & Conditions, you have the right to cancel your order no later than 14 days after the goods have been delivered, if you are unhappy with the items you have ordered. In these circumstances you must inform us, in writing by emailing info@awesomepawsomepetsupplies.co.uk of your wish to cancel the order. The return of the goods will be at your own expense and will need to be sent to the address provided via correspondence. We will be able to offer you an exchange, or if you wish a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Any goods that are not returned in their original packaging, opened, spoiled, or damaged, will not be refundable. The value of any items that are missing on return will not be refunded. Due to the unsaleable nature of returned perishable items, these goods will not be refundable, unless they are still in their original packaging, undamaged, and with a minimum of 6 months on the best before date where appropriate. Refunds will not be offered for bespoke, or personalised goods. If incorrect items have been delivered, please notify us in writing, by emailing info@awesomepawsomepetsupplies.co.uk as soon as possible. The incorrect items will need to be returned to the address provided, at which point, the correct item can be sent, or a refund issued. Reasonable costs for returning the item will be reimbursed. Please obtain and provide proof of posting. When returning items, please obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. Until the items have been returned to us you are responsible for their safekeeping. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
